now for what you dip the bread in

I like to dip my slices in this awesomeness.

3 tablespoons organic olive oil (it is worth it)
1 tsp of tahini (or more if you like)
pinch salt (good salt)
pinch of cumin
freshly cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes, a dash of both will do ya.
oregano
crushed motherfucking organic garlic! 1/2 clove
dill (optional)
freshly squeezed lemon juice a must!!!!! i go for half a lemon.

stir this all up and make a paste
adjust spices
dip ye'ole slices.

also good as a dressing.
